Our coffees come from four distinct farms in Trujillo and Caicedonia, Valle del Cauca: Cerro Azul, Las Margaritas, La Esperanza, Potosí, and Bosque de Niebla, where every stage is carefully supervised to preserve the singular essence of each profile and its high-scoring cup.
